may i know what is the command for configure
new ip, subnet mask and gateway ??

thanks ..

ip and netmask = ifconfig
gateway/router is in /etc/defaultrouter
# 3  
gateway = /etc/defaultrouter
ip address= /etc/hostname.<if-name> then looked up in /etc/hosts
netmasks = /etc/netmasks
# 4  
And on Solaris 10, don't forget to modify /etc/inet/ipnodes
