I tried rebootin as well as running cfgmgr -S but it does nothing? When i go into smit tcpip i see the interfaves but if i try to bring it up i get an ifconfig error calling entry poi t for /usr/lib/drivers/if_en. The specified debice does not exist.

I deleted all the devices and tried cfgmgr -S nothing. Rebooted, still nothing. Now I have no ethernet at all! This is a built in 2 port card by the way. What to do?

vio server ethernet to vio client ethernet(concepts confusing)

Hi In the vio server when I do # lsattr -El hdisk*, I get a PVID. The same PVID is also seen when I put the lspv command on the vio client partition. sys_attrs_tc - tc subsystem attributes DESCRIPTION
This reference page lists and describes attributes for the TURBOchannel Bus (tc) kernel subsystem. Refer to the sys_attrs(5) reference page for an introduction to the topic of kernel subsystem attributes. For this subsytem, users should modify only the following attribute and do so only for the purpose described. Any other visible attributes cannot or should not be modified. Enables (nonzero value) or disables (0) console messages that appear at boot time and runtime for use by device driver developers to collect information about a driver configuration problem. A developer can set this attribute by using the sysconfig or sysconfigdb utility.
