Internal PCI X RAID Controller issue ?

Hello folks,

Could someone tell me why I unable to create pdisks for a RAID Array

Code:
# lscfg | grep scsi
+ sisscsia0 U787A.001.DPM0707-P1 PCI-X Dual Channel Ultra320 SCSI Adapter
+ scsi0 U787A.001.DPM0707-P1-T10 PCI-X Dual Channel Ultra320 SCSI Adapter bus
+ scsi1 U787A.001.DPM0707-P1-T11 PCI-X Dual Channel Ultra320 SCSI Adapter bus

Code:
smitty devices

Move cursor to desired item and press Enter.

  RAIDiant Disk Array
  IBM PCI SCSI Disk Array
 > IBM PCI-X SCSI Disk Array
  FC SCSI RAIDiant Disk Array

I will select PCI-X SCSI Disk Array

then

Code:
Move cursor to desired item and press Enter.

  PCI-X SCSI Disk Array Manager
Configure a Defined PCI-X SCSI RAID Controller
Unconfigure an Available PCI-X SCSI RAID Controller
Change/Show PCI-X SCSI RAID Controller Bus
Download Microcode to a PCI-X SCSI RAID Controller

when I click on Configure a defined PCI-X SCSI RAID Controller
or on Change/Show PCI-X SCSI RAID Controller Bus
I get
Code:
 ERROR MESSAGE │
            │ │
