I need to change some Ip addresses for my servers to reflect in the NIS map. I also need to force full duplex on the 10/100 cards & 1/2 duplex in the 10 cards. The axe driver provides support for USB Ethernet adapters based on the ASIX Electronics AX88172, AX88178, and AX88772 USB 2.0 chipsets. The chip contains a 10/100 Ethernet MAC with MII interface and is designed to work with both Ethernet and HomePNA transceivers. The AX8172 and AX88772 contain 10/100 Ethernet MACs with MII interfaces. The AX8178 contains a 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet MAC with a GMII/MII inter- face. The chip also supports USB 2.0, thereby accommodating 100 Mb/s data rates. The axe driver supports the following media types: autoselect Enable automatic selection of the media type and options. 10baseT/UTP Set 10Mbps operation. The mediaopt option can also be used to enable full-duplex operation. Not specifying full duplex implies half-duplex mode. 100baseTX Set 100Mbps (fast Ethernet) operation. The mediaopt option can also be used to enable full-duplex operation. Not specifying full duplex implies half-duplex mode. 1000baseT Set 1000Mbps (Gigabit Ethernet) operation (AX88178 only). The axe driver supports the following media options: full-duplex Force full duplex operation. The interface will operate in half duplex mode if this media option is not specified.
