Lightbulb Concatenating two files

HI
I need to concatenate two files which are having headers. the result file should contain only the header from first file only and the header in second file have to be skipped.

file1:
name age
sriram 23

file2
name age
prabu 25

result file should be
name age
sriram 23
prabu 25

how to do this in script?

I'm trying to concatenate records from 2 files and output it to a third file. The problem I'm running into is that it seems like the "While" command is limited to processing one file at a time. The age driver provides support for Ethernet interfaces based on the Attansic L1 Ethernet chipset. The age driver supports IPv4 receive IP/TCP/UDP checksum offload and VLAN tag insertion and stripping. The following media types are supported: autoselect Enable autoselection of the media type and options. 10baseT Set 10Mbps operation. 100baseTX Set 100Mbps (Fast Ethernet) operation. 1000baseT Set 1000Mbps (Gigabit Ethernet) operation.
