Does anyone know of the where abouts of a Win-Modem Driver for linux ? Ifyou do PLEASE give me the URL because i need one badly

In most (but not all cases) you are out of luck.
What exact make and model modem is it? If we know that, perhaps someone will know of a way to make it work.

Don't hold your breath though - very very few WinModems work well, if at all, with any Linux system.
