You try this as,

Code:
#!/bin/bash
# $1= Inputfile
ARR=($(grep -n 'M U S E E' $1 | cut -d':' -f1))

i=0
let j=i+1

cnt=${#ARR[*]}

while [[ $i -lt $cnt ]]
do

 sed -n "$((${ARR[$i]}+1)),$((${ARR[$j]}-1)) p" $1
 echo
 let i=i+1

done

exit 0
## END ####

Execute the script as,
bash test.bash <filename>

HTH.

Yes. You are correct. Lets check with very simple example as,

==Example==
# cat testfile
M U S E E
first
second

M U S E E
third
fourth

M U S E E
fifth
sixth
M U S E E

Code:
#!/bin/bash
# $1= Inputfile
ARR=($(grep -n 'M U S E E' $1 | cut -d':' -f1))

i=0
let j=i+1

cnt=${#ARR[*]}

while [[ $i -lt $cnt ]]
do

 sed -n "$((${ARR[$i]}+1)),$((${ARR[$j]}-1)) p" $1
 #echo
 let i=i+1
 let j=i+1
 if [[ $j -gt ${ARR[$j]} ]]
 then
     break;
 fi

done

exit 0
## END ####

==Output==
# bash test.bash testfile
first
second

third
fourth

fifth
sixth

I hope it is now working correctly.
