DESCRIPTION
The auvitek driver provides support for USB video capture devices based on the Auvitek AU0828 bridge. This hybrid analog/digital device
requires a hi-speed USB host controller (such as ehci(4)) to function properly.
For auvitek devices with analog audio capture interfaces, the uaudio(4) device driver provides access to the audio stream. Application soft-
ware can find a video(4) device's audio(4) device by comparing the VIDIOC_QUERYCAP bus_info field with the audio device's AUDIO_GETDEV config
field.
The following cards are supported by the auvitek driver:

DESCRIPTION
The dtviic modules provide support for dtv(4) devices. The dtviic module group includes tuners, demodulators, and analog video decoders.
The usual hardware structure consists of a host controller (connected for instance via usb(4) or pci(4)) that provides the data moving facil-
ities (for the analog or digital video streams) and an iic(4) bus over which the other chips can be configured.
For example, a typical dtv(4) setup would look like this:
1. Initialize transport stream (TS) port on the host controller.
2. Configure the demodulator that ``demodulates'' the information from an intermediate frequency (IF) that is provided to it by the
associated tuner. This step typically includes setting the desired quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) and bandwidth, among
other things.
3. Configure the tuner. Typically this step includes at least setting the frequency.
4. Start TS transfer (using DMA transfers or USB high speed transfers).
The supported demodulators include:

Am working on an embedded device with a camera and I would want to send the video data it streams to a usb device connected to it. Am using the c language and of course Linux (Fedora).

I am interested in doing some heavy video work. I have a ADVC 110 Video capture device, which I am using to capture VHS video tapes, which I will convert on the server to DVD format and burn to DVD's using DVD production software. Trying to update my M5000 firmware. trying to mount my USB to upload firmware and getting the following message.
