Well, in every of those 8 blocks (one per core) you find a pretty obvious line:
Quote:
model name: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5345 @ 2.33GHz
You'll suceed at asking Google/Wikipedia about this processor, won't you?

I already did, but it says it can be both 32 & 64-bit

It can run both 32 and 64 bit software.

But there is no 32 bit version of Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5345 (did that make sense in any way?).

And yes, that means you can install Linux in full 64 bit mode on that machine.

Thanks;
And this was my question, since you know if i have the architecture 32-bit i can't run 64-bit OS on it, that's why i asked how do i know if the architecture 32-bit or 64-bit? How do i know?
The server i'm talking about is already running 32-bit but i wasn't sure if i install 64-bit OS it will work.
when i ran "uname -a" it didn't show 64-bit so i assumed that i couldn't run the 64-bit OS on it.
does that make any sense?

Do not simply ask. Also state what you know. Already my first post ordered you to look up your processor on the internet. Appereantly your problem was not to find out which CPU you're using, but how to get its' abilities. I assumed that it was clear to everybody that model line names (like E5345 here) do fully describe the processor's specifications and abilities. You could have gotten an answer earlier if you had e.g. written that you know the processor. That makes you look more intelligent and does not uselessly waste my time.
