Hp Unix - Bash

Hi everybody. One simple question. Is it possible to install a Bourne Shell on HP Unix, or is there any similiar bash by default? Thanks! Jan Smilie

You will get ksh on HP-UX. Is similar to bash - but not the same. Scripts written in one shell may break when running under the other.

bash != Bourne shell

Bourne shell is available as /usr/old/bin/sh
You can get bash at The HP-UX Porting and Archive Centre
