I think I'd be tempted to upgrade all this to the latest level, or to remove and re-install the latest gcc AND all the required libraries. You could go into the $LIB directory and create the symlink, but I think you'll end up repeating the exercise a number of times.
If you're going to try this;

If that doesn't work then, remove the existing rpm's and install the latest libraries.

after migrate our AIX server from 6.1 to 7.1 , we insalled c compilator with rpm files
