Question delete routing permanently

How can I remove permanently a route from the routing table?

I have the following:
root@aiwutr1>netstat -rnv
IRE Table: IPv4
Destination Mask Gateway Device Mxfrg Rtt Ref Flg Out In/Fwd
-------------------- --------------- -------------------- ------ ----- ----- --- --- ----- ------
default 1500* 0 1 UG 25 0 e1000g4 1500* 0 1 U 6 0 e1000g5 1500* 0 1 U 0 0 1500* 0 1 UGH 4 0 e1000g5 1500* 0 1 UGH 0 0 1500* 0 1 UGH 4 0 e1000g5 1500* 0 1 UGH 0 0 e1000g4 1500* 0 1 U 0 0 lo0 8232* 0 76 UH 4861 0

I remove
Code: 1500* 0 1 UGH 4 0 1500* 0 1 UGH 4 0

route delete

after a reboot I have the initial configuration , how can I delete the 2 routing for ever?

Thanks Gianluca.
