It is easy

1.) enable NFS using svcadm command
Code:
svcadm -v enable -r network/nfs/server

2.) create a new directory which will be shared
Code:
mkdir /export/home/data && share -F nfs -o rw /export/home/data

3.) on other computer just add a new NFS location in /tec/mnttab/

Of course you must have a user in server where /export/home/data is located

To use the automounter for home directories (or any other use), you don't need to create any mount directory on the client side. You don't need either to run the mount command. The automounter is precisely designed to avoid you to do it. You don't need to edit /etc/mnttab which probably would have no effect anyway.
Simply:
- make sure /etc/auto_master contains this line uncommented:
Code:
/home   auto_home -nobrowse

- add a line specifying where to retrieve home directories for your users in /etc/auto_home:
Code:
* nfsserver:/path_to_actual_homedirectories/&
