I am new to unix, but wanted to know how can we fetch data from a web page (i.e. an HTML Page), my requirement is to read an html page and wanted to create a flat file (text file) based on the contents available in the mentioned HTML page.

i have chmod a+rx for folder and file to make sure but still permissions wont let me?!

It is a dell web pc, 500Mhz athlon processor, 256Mb sdram. 10.24gig hard drive, so its not all that bad, but when I try to install COREL LINUX on it it goes through the installation. DESCRIPTION
The ugensa driver provides support for the USB-to-RS-232 Bridge chip used by various vendors.
The device is accessed through the ucom(4) driver which makes it behave like a tty(4).
