Depends what you are trying to do.

If nested, ie, read one inside the read loop of another then yes, otherwise not trivially.

list1="comp1 comp2 comp3"
list2="comp4 comp5 comp6"

there is a directory called mainFiles which should have 2 files for each of the company names in list and list2.
check if each company has 4 files in the directory then loop through list one collect all files associated with it and zip it into 1 file.
then loop through list2 and zip files for each company separately.

sounds complicated isnt it
