Your request is cryptic.

Is an ll command some kind of alias for ls, cat, or pr?

What does "10 multiple files" mean? Are you trying to do something with 10 sets of files with two or more files in each set?

Please give us a clear description of what you are trying to do, what type of environment your using (operating system and shell), what files you have as input, and what output you're trying to produce!

I need to search the file in a particular destination using grep and delete the files using the shell script command.

Search what file in what directory using grep to do what? What files do you want to delete? Please give us concrete examples of what you are trying to do. We aren't mind readers.

location: /sub/01.05/
input: 200 files present in the above mentioned files need to deleted.

I have placed the input in the text file and I need a shell script to reeadd the text file and deleted the files in the above mentioned directories.

Making lots of unfounded assumptions about the names of the files you want to remove, assuming that the file containing the list of files you want to remove is named /sub/01.05/input, assuming that you are using some kind of UNIX or Linux system, and assuming that you are using a shell that adheres to POSIX shell language requirements, try:
Code:
cd /sub/01.05/ && xargs rm < input

If I guessed incorrectly or made bad assumptions, maybe you'll answer some of the questions I asked so we don't have to make assumptions and wild guesses.
