MySQL mail..whats this?

Can anyone explain meaning of this?
It takes a lot of time to display mail when i type "mail" on prompt.

It means you have so much mail that you haven't read/removed that it's clogging your in box. You just need to clean it up. Go into mail and start deleting the stuff you don't need.
