i wanna install latest version of gnome power manager as i am unable to adjust screen brightness through vendor keys and the current version does not have that option

my system is stand alone as well.
i need assistant installing huawei e303c on rhel6 as well.
all i am doing now is switch back to windows . download stuff , come back to rhel and then install it.

so frustrating...........

Hi, I have downloaded the glib 2.14.1 package from sunfreeware.com and installed it with pkgadd. However, glib-config --version shows the old version which is 1.2.10.
