Not sure about you requirements, but are you taking care of these things:
(a) the recycle bin should ideally be able to store multiple files with same names (see the RecycleBin on Windows)
(b) If I understand right you are trying to store "pwd" as the location where the file will be finally restored. Careful here, because while using the rm command I can specify a pathname myself. i.e. being in the directory "/home" I can delete a file like this "rm /home/user10/testfile.txt". Obviously you dont want to restore testfile.txt to "/home"

NAME
ecaccess-file-dir - List ECaccess Directory Contents
SYNOPSIS
ecaccess-file-dir -version|-help|-manual
ecaccess-file-dir [-debug] [-long] [ecaccess-file]
DESCRIPTION
List information about ecaccess-file (the $HOME directory by default). Sort entries alphabetically.
The ecaccess-file is in the form [domain:][/user-id/]path. Please read the "Shell commands -> File Management" section of the "ecaccess"
guide for more information on the ECaccess File System.
ARGUMENTS
ecaccess-file (optional)
The name of the ECaccess File/Directory to retrieve the details.
OPTIONS
-long Print detailed information about each file.
-version
Display version number and exits.
-help Print a brief help message and exits.
-manual Prints the manual page and exits.
-debug Display the SOAP messages exchanged.
EXAMPLES
ecaccess-file-dir
