I haven't personally used AIX before, but similar errors happen to me under linux and solaris for all kinds of system headers.. Two things:
  • Include context.h first. Some system headers puke when you include higher-level things like stdio above them.
  • Some other header might be needed to tell it what a sigset64_t is, maybye sys/types.h or sys/signal.h or something like that

NAME

       spawn.h, spawn - spawn

SYNOPSIS

       #include <spawn.h>

DESCRIPTION

       The <spawn.h> header defines the posix_spawnattr_t and posix_spawn_file_actions_t types used in performing spawn operations.

       The <spawn.h> header defines the flags that can be set in a posix_spawnattr_t object using the posix_spawnattr_setflags() function:

       POSIX_SPAWN_RESETIDS
       POSIX_SPAWN_SETPGROUP
       POSIX_SPAWN_SETSCHEDPARAM
       POSIX_SPAWN_SETSCHEDULER
