Data so stressed with a fixable problem..help please

I just cant figure something out. I am creating a webpage for a client and want him to be able to have ONE page that he can add text to through some sort of 'admin' page without using ftp or html...just a journal page, no images, no nothing. Just some way for him to add his own text easily.

I feel like such an idiot that I cant figure this out.

I have looked into content management programs, but they really go overboard with what they offer, and what I want is so plain.

Please, please help me. It's been days of error...

Thank you so much,
email or post...

Smilie
