mailx -s "Test"

Just wondering...
As any fyi, perderabo wrong some nifty scripts to send emails, etc. and you can do a search for mimetool.ksh...
uuencode sends files in binary format so I am not sure why your pdf file should be funky...but perderabo's program should take care of it...although his one limitation is the inability to send to several ppl at once.
