Thanks Jim.

I have all files are in a code repository, my build system is in WIN and i need to copy back to several Unix destination servers. So compilation is on WIN and target is on Unix.

For doing below.,i need to know the all the file extensions, am i right ? is there a way that i can mention to ignore all "binary files". This will keep the scripts running for long time without issues ( if my 'source dir' get a new binary extension files)

find /path/to/files -type f  !  \( -name '*.jar' -o -name '*.zip' -o -name '*.class' \) -exec dos2unix  {} {} \;
