Gash Shell script built on @itkamaraj post. Count the number of times the case-insignificant string occurs in each file. Untested.
Code:
search="$1"
for i in *.jpg
do
        echo "------------------$i----------------"
        count=$(exiftool "$i" | awk '/city/ || /location/ ||/country/ ||/keywords/' | grep -ic "${search}")
