Why do you need or want the ip config files over ODM?
Using ODM is the recommended method because of misstypes etc.
it starts with
#chdev -l inet0 -a bootup_option=yes
and then create the interface files etc. and reboot.

After changing main board and system configuration card reader, Network is not accessible any more, Network interfaces are always UP and Running even when there is no cable connected to Network interfaces.

npm gets its config settings from the command line, environment variables, npmrc files, and in some cases, the package.json file.

Sub-commands
Config supports the following sub-commands:
set
npm config set key value

delete
npm config delete key
