Operating Systems Solaris Stuck with Desktop Login Post 302276802 by lanj45 on Wednesday 14th of January 2009 03:21:00 PM

Sorry for not being so specific.

Here's more info:
Dual-boot XP and Solaris10 (different partitions)
Dell Latitude 620
Also, during installation I was forced to use
Solaris Interactive Text (Console session)
even if I responded within 30 seconds.

I installed it 3 times on the same partition, same text console session, same result. Stuck when it tries to load GUI.

I tried Fedora on the same partition and everything went well.

What do you think? Thanks in advance.
