looks like these mysql files are the biggest but Im not sure if its ok to reduce these or what. I know this server does alot of php database callups for the various websites we host.
Never worked with MySQL but Googling it shows that each of the MYD files corresponds to a table in the database...so removing them is not a good idea. Try allocating more space to /var and setup database archiving so that partition does not fillup so fast.
