rename multi files
dear all
i have about 5142 file begin with (package jordba."packagename")
i want to remove the package .jordba without touch the package name
i need to stay the package name only
can any body help me

and print to File4 in the following order:

I have a subdirectory which has many child directories and files in it. How can i delete them through a list (txt, rtf. xls , or any file extension) which is created by me. rename - Renames a file or directory
SYNOPSIS
bool rename (string $oldname, string $newname, [resource $context])
DESCRIPTION
Attempts to rename $oldname to $newname, moving it between directories if necessary. If $newname exists, it will be overwritten.
