Hi,
I am trying to truncate word after comma in a file ONLY if there are already 2 words BEFORE comma. If there is one word or 3 or more words BEFORE comma, then I have to leave the data AS IS. See below for example.
Input File :

Using shell, I am trying the append comma to every line of text.
the requirement is like, I have to open the txt file in unix and read line by line and should add comma at the end of every word to make it single line

SQL::ReservedWords::PostgreSQL - Reserved SQL words by PostgreSQL
SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION
Determine if words are reserved by PostgreSQL.
METHODS
is_reserved( $word )
Returns a boolean indicating if $word is reserved by either PostgreSQL 7.3, 7.4, 8.0 or 8.1.
is_reserved_by_postgresql7( $word )
Returns a boolean indicating if $word is reserved by either PostgreSQL 7.3 or 7.4.
is_reserved_by_postgresql8( $word )
Returns a boolean indicating if $word is reserved by either PostgreSQL 8.0 or 8.1.
reserved_by( $word )
Returns a list with PostgreSQL versions that reserves $word.
words
Returns a list with all reserved words.
