Remember, your problem was a little different.
I mentioned that it would help, not be your cure all.
Since you have spaces in your file names (at least according to your post), look at this and realize that the echo command would work the same as the mv command. Both need the quotes for files with spaces in the name.
for file in *.mp3
do
newfile=`echo $file | awk -F" " '{print $3}'`
echo "$file"
echo "$newfile"
done

I have multiple files in folder which i want to rename. hence I am using the below command in my script by I get an error:

The echo() function enables Echo mode for the current screen. The noecho() function disables Echo mode for the current screen. Initially,
curses software echo mode is enabled and hardware echo mode of the tty driver is disabled. The echo() and noecho() functions control soft-
ware echo only. Hardware echo must remain disabled for the duration of the application, else the behavior is undefined.
