use at like cron

Hi it is of course stupid question
but i cannot find answer with google
so the question is :How can i execute some script regulary using at instead cron
i mean that i should execute it from file and the last command in file should be next at

You can do:
at now + 90 minutes < /some/path/to/script

and include that line as the last line in the script. This gives you a regular 90 minutes between runs but the start time varies depending on how long the script runs. But if the script blow up, it will not be automatically rescheduled and sometimes this is the behavior you want.

To get a true "every 90" minutes, make that "at" line the first statement in the script. This also will tend to keep the script running if it blows up.

We had users at my last employer who did this stuff. It mostly works, but sometimes the chain will break. For example, the box might crash after the script starts, but before the "at" finishes. And when I replaced a box, I moved the cron jobs, but I forgot to check for "at" jobs.

have You considered using a loop with sleep? Would that work for You?

I run cron in solaris 10 zone. One cron job which syncing files to nfs mounted on container, creates after finishing another cron proccess(/usr/sbin/cron), and after 100 existing cron proccesses next cron job will not start.
