Try `rm ./'-f still f'' to remove the file `-f still f'.
Try `rm --help' for more information.

$ rm -- -f still f 
rm: cannot remove `-f': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove `still': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove `f': No such file or directory

$ rm -- "-f still f"

$ ls -l
total 0
$

Moral of the story: you need both -- and quotes.
