Try looking at the documentation on DiskSuite (the software comes with the OS). See Solstice DiskSuite User Guide.

It has step by step instructions on how to set it up and you can then set up a stripe across the two drives, mirror, or concatenate.

(I was going to answer about an hour ago when my system crashed - hardware has been flaky after a power hit - someone forgot to recharge the batteries in the UPS)

so ,you need to buy this product from sun , or is it included in sunos 5.7.? or do u get it free download?

It is included with the OS (I think since 2.6). It's very good for mirroring the OS but is not very good for use on data drives for databases - for database drives, Veritas is much better (but it cost $$$).
