Question Linux for Pentium @ 133 Mhz and 98Mb in RAM?

I don't know a lot of the world of Linux, but i want to start with an old machine; did someone knows if i can install Linux in a computer with a processor Pentium (not celeron) @ 133 Mhz, 98Mb in RAM (PC100) and 3Gb Hard Drive?

a friend tell me about Ubuntu and openSUSE, but I don't know if those will run in that computer, I think in the newest will run ok; but I want to rehab the older computer while i introduce myself tho the world of Linux.
---------------
Edit: I have a problem, I confuse the processors, the processor I'm using is 133Mhz, not 150Mhz.

I woudl try something like DSL, or maybe a core install of Debian.

I've done a complete install of Ubuntu 5.10 on a 100Mhz with 64Meg of RAM, including KDE and development environment. It worked.

Question

As I've post a week ago, i tried all the week to install Ubuntu 5.10 (i386), and it install it, but when I tried to reboot the O.S. loads everything and then shuts down the screen and freezes the computer.

And I finally get working with the DSL Live CD, but in the Desktop appears my processor is i586 and I've downloaded the Ubuntu for i386 version but I couldn't find Ubuntu for i586, any suggestion for a i586 processor or, some one knows how i can recognize Linux O.S. for i586?

Thanks.

(P.S.: The processor isn't @150 mhz, is a 133mhz PENTIUM.)

Don't worry about it. The version that you downloaded would be for x86 processors. This will take care of all 32 bit Intel and AMD processors. The reason that you are having problems may be that Ubuntu needs more RAM. The interface is quite slick and would need a bit of horsepower to get going.
