Format Hard Drive in Linux

What Command do I need to use to Format my hard Drive in Linux.
Please help me out.

You can use :

1) fdisk
2) e2fsck -v
3) fdruid

check the manual pages for more details.

man fdisk

man e2fsck
# 3

# fdisk /<device>
