Question Free shell account from work office

How do I get a freeshell account from my office @ work? I've tried sdf.lonestar.org with no luck.

You could try m-net.arbornet.org. It is a FreeBSD system and I use this to access shell from home. However, your office would probably be blocked off by a firewall - I doubt if you could access a shell from there.
