try starting with low(ish) resolution, refresh and color setting

fbconfig -dev /dev/fb0 -res 1024x768x60 -depth 8

and restart your X desktop.

If you are getting nothig at all it looks like your framebuffer is shot.

Do you get anything displayed at all during a reboot?

I really looks like you are not getting any signal. Now one other thing to explore here however before calling the framebuffer dead.

Are you using the vga style connector adjacent to the network port? If so, as is the case with many U10s on which I have used there may have been a second framebuffer added and the built in one is now disabled. A second video card will be in the position indicated in U10.bmp and may well have a DB13W3 connector as shown in DB13W3.bmp. You can get DB13W3 to vga adapters and cables.

Hi,

I appreciate your time and help.

No, I don't have second video card. But I remember original built in one was disabled by one of my friend for reasons unknown to me. He told me then that I will need an old monitor to see display.

I have one Ultra-60 box too. But same story with it too. On cable connection I see nothing on screen.
