This will work for the first time.

What about after the first time?

How are you going to prevent the previous error from being considered again?

You will only see the issues when you start to write the actual code.

Not just the first time. tail -f will always look for updated tail lines of that log file. So once an error is 'grep'ed, it will check for the error only in new updated lines.

We redirect the result of "tail -f" to grep, so grep always get a new line only (if the logfile gets updated continuously). So it wont check previous errors.

It is very easy to say how an issue could be resolved.

The difficult part is to actually resolve it.

I offered a real working solution.

Instead of trying to describe what you think will happen, why don't you write the actual code for it?
