Something wrong with dns

I can't get a domain I'm hosting to work. When I went to
dnsstuff.com, I got these results:

DNS Lookup: runescapestrategy.com A record
Generated by www.DNSstuff.com
How I am searching:
Searching for runescapestrategy.com A record at e.root-servers.net
[192.203.230.10]: Got referral to K.GTLD-SERVERS.NET. [took 161 ms]
Searching for runescapestrategy.com A record at K.GTLD-SERVERS.NET.
[192.52.178.30]: Got referral to ns3.sellerscircle.com. [took 147 ms]
Searching for runescapestrategy.com A record at ns3.sellerscircle.com.
[66.96.218.87]: Server failure! [took 48 ms].

Answer:
Server failure. There's a problem with the DNS server for
runescapestrategy.com.

I changed the nameservers for runescapestrategy 4 days ago. The site sellerscircle is working without any problems. When I look in WHM, the ns records for runescapestrategy are ns3.sellerscircle.com. and ns4.sellerscircle.com.

Did you change the reverse lookup? 66.96.218.87 comes back as xenon-soft.com.
