Grep file
I have a file whose content looks like below

CMO234207300311316447830885586 357676036857250 01120101007141431 000082 0 04147054012670FB741311447973073908 011447948407347 447948407347 000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

I need a command which should fetch the details from the file only if the highlighted part in red is as below:

CMO23420 part- it should be in format CMO23433.
011 part - should be in format 022
and if the part 447948407347 is of five digits only then it should fetch the records

Please advise
