Sun have Hardware Compatibilty Lists (HCL) for each release of Solaris, this page:
BigAdmin - HCL: Hewlett-Packard 530
Lists your laptop for OpenSolaris and says to go here:
ath driver (Community Group laptop.ath) - XWiki
To download the wireless network driver.

Take a look on the Sun website yourself if you wish to check Solaris x86.
