Using the Raw command

Hi,

What is a Raw command and how does it work? We have to print out a large report from our database numerically and wanted to know how it can be done.

mainly used when you want to bypass the lp driver/filter e.g. you configured HP printers, they use PCL, but the printer itself can print postscript...
in such case you print using lp -o raw
So I doubt that can be of help...
You have left -olandscape -oc (compress: smaller fonts and spacing)
