search stringA or string B in vi
Can anybody please help:

In side vi, search line contains stringA or stringB. I tried regular expression:
/\(stringA|stringB\), but it didn't work. Any idea?

/string[AB]

or:

Code:
/string\(A\|B\)

But you probably mean some or other,so use the second one
(you just have to escape the pipe).
