Hi!
I received this reply from a company customer support after I sent an email to them through Outlook (the original sent email is attached). But when I received the response from HBR (the one at the bottom), I noticed that it added "=3D" on '=' signs and '=2E' on '.' . I believe that this is due to content transfer encoding set to 'quoted printable' but I do not completely understand this and I wish to prevent this from happening.
These are my questions:
a. What triggered it?
b. How would you prevent it?
