I'm looking for the steps of installation oracle10G in solaris plateform (solaris9 or 10)

thank you very much your help is very usefull for me and it help me to understand how i can install but when i start installation i have this error

hecking monitor: must be configured to display at least 256 colors Failed <<<<
>>> Could not execute auto check for display colors using command /usr/openwin/bin/xdpyinfo. Check if the DISPLAY variable is set.

Some requirement checks failed. You must fulfill these requirements before

continuing with the installation,at which time they will be rechecked.


i can't know how solve tis issue so please advice
