Hello, ccc:

"quite comfortable" is a very vague phrase. Elaborating on which features are necessary/optional would facilitate well-targeted suggestions.

Personally, I find dwm "quite comfortable". Smilie

For Linux, XFCE or LXDE are two good choices.
