When you press "Right Ctrl" you would get the control of keyboard to the host operating system so you can minimize or resize using the outer frame.

thegeek,

I can minimize now, but the resize didn't work. Any command that the resize can work.

Thanks in Advanced

Resize should be simple using mouse, once after getting the control to the host operating system.
