Hello balumankala

1. Click the 'Help' button'.

2. Afterwards click 'About Mozilla Firefox'.

3. Read carefully to get the version number.

You have an old version of Firefox.

It is 1.5.0.10

I heard in the past that the problem lies with Adobe. They don't make one for 64 bit platforms.

I guess there more knowledgeble people in our forum to help us.

I am no expert in these matters.
There is a temporary solution.
You start the browser Konquerer.
Sound and flash photos work fine in Konquerer.

I hope someone else will help us.
I know this is a possible task.

It says "version 1.5.0.10" right up at the top. That's pretty old -- perhaps you should upgrade?

I can run Flash on 64bit with an adapter library "libflashsupport" but I'm on Ubuntu so my instructions would probably not work for you. Still, you might want to look at the Ubuntu Wiki and see if the information there helps. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Re...dFormats/Flash is pretty specific to Ubuntu but there are various useful bits and pieces elsewhere on that wiki, too.
