Question Screencapture and post to ftp

I have 3 Solaris based systems(All are older versions). I am trying to find out how I can take a screenshot and post it to a FTP Server every 5 minutes or so as the same name so I can just view the updated file each time. I know this is sort of a random request, but it would make my job 35% easier and save me walking all over the place.
Thank you in advance

A screen shot of what? Doesn't sound like the normal way of monitoring a UNIX server..... Smilie

A screenshot of the total desktop and everything on it. There are all military based systems we are using. I am not trying to operate them from a distance just want to see the current screen
