Broken Disks (?)

Hello Folks,
I´m a New Unix admin (by forceps) and I got a warning from one server saying:

Code:
Solaris Volume Manager: hostnamehere: metacheck: Report: Mon May 14 18:45:00 BRT 2012

metacheck: metadb problem, for more detail run:
       /usr/sbin/metadb -i
metacheck: metadevice problem, for more detail run:
       /usr/sbin/metastat d5

       /usr/sbin/metastat d4

       /usr/sbin/metastat d3
               /opt mounted on d3
       /usr/sbin/metastat d2
               /usr mounted on d2
       /usr/sbin/metastat d0
               / mounted on d0
       /usr/sbin/metastat d1

exec usr/sbin/metadb -i

# usr/sbin/metadb -i
        flags first blk block count
      Wm p l 16 8192 /dev/dsk/c1t0d0s7
     a p luo 16 8192 /dev/dsk/c1t1d0s7

So far I understood that the hardisk c1t0d0s7 is damaged. Is that right?
